The staff were friendly and helpful, and the decor was really cool and unique. The room we stayed in wassuper clean and cozy, and we loved the theme of the hotel. The location was also perfect for us, with easy access to public transportation and close to various attractions in the city. Plus, the hotel had free Wi-Fi throughout, a bonus!

There were a few things that we didn't like. The service in the restaurant was a bit slow and there was some confusion with the menu.

I loved staying here! This place is located in a great area - close to public transportation and with supermarkets nearby. The service is outstanding, with friendly staff assisting with everything from tours to room amenities. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a mini-bar and ironing facilities. The restaurant and bar were great and there were even special diet menus available. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. Wi-fi was available and there was a nice leisure/TV room where I could relax.

Very helpful staff. Near metro station "Av. of America". Ideal for long weekend, couples or groups, modern and clean rooms. Friendly and courteous service. Tasty Spanish cuisine for breakfast. Not very city-centric but easy transportation options. Nice Spanish restaurants close by. Quirky hotel with great decor. Good choice at breakfast, almond cake a must! Free tea, coffee, and snacks all day. Loved the orange liqueur.

The only small issue I had was with the temperature in the room, which was a bit too high. The climate control was not working properly.
