The staff were friendly and helpful, and the decor was really cool and unique. The room we stayed in wassuper clean and cozy, and we loved the theme of the hotel. The location was also perfect for us, with easy access to public transportation and close to various attractions in the city. Plus, the hotel had free Wi-Fi throughout, a bonus!
There were a few things that we didn't like. The service in the restaurant was a bit slow and there was some confusion with the menu.

I loved staying here! This place is located in a great area - close to public transportation and with supermarkets nearby. The service is outstanding, with friendly staff assisting with everything from tours to room amenities. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a mini-bar and ironing facilities. The restaurant and bar were great and there were even special diet menus available. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. Wi-fi was available and there was a nice leisure/TV room where I could relax.
I highly recommend this hotel for families!

Comfortable beds, quiet room, eclectic furniture, pleasant reception staff. Good location at top end of Salamanca. Liked the style and "mood" of interior. Good breakfast in spacious area. Very helpful staff. Near metro station "Av. of America". Ideal for long weekend, couples or groups, modern and clean rooms. Friendly and courteous service. Tasty Spanish cuisine for breakfast. Not very city-centric but easy transportation options. Nice Spanish restaurants close by. Quirky hotel with great decor. Good choice at breakfast, almond cake a must! Free tea, coffee, and snacks all day. Loved the orange liqueur.

We were really surprised by the unique and stylish decor of the hotel, with its cinema-inspired theme. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, with nearby metro stops and a clean and safe area. The continental breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, with two metro stations within a short walk. This makes it easy to explore the city and visit tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious with modern decor. The staff at the reception desk are helpful and speak English. The breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers free WiFi and a multimedia system with a selection of international radios and movies.
The only small issue I had was with the temperature in the room, which was a bit too high. The climate control was not working properly.

As a tourist, I loved the eclectic mixture of furniture and modern decor at this hotel. The staff, especially the reception team, were very friendly and professional, always willing to help. The different themed rooms added a unique touch to my stay, making it feel like a new experience every time. The location at the top end of Salamanca was perfect, with easy access to the metro and nearby attractions. a very pleasant stay with great facilities.
